• Click on “Apply Online” or “New Registration”.

Step 2: Candidate registration

• A candidate must enter the basic details:
• Name (as per NEET 2026 admit card)
• NEET UG Roll Number & Application Number
• Date of birth
• Mobile number (for OTP)
• Email ID
