Why Section 163 Has Been Imposed Before NEET UG 2026?
The decision is taken for one of India’s biggest medical entrance tests. NTA will conduct NEET UG 2026 on May 3 and the National Testing Agency has issued an advisory for dress code, what items students can bring and biometric verification for candidates at the exam centre. As per the district order, the decision is taken to prevent any crowding, malpractice, noise disturbance and any authorised movement near the exam centres.

NEET UG 2026: Exam Timing
Candidates appearing for NEET UG 2026 must reach their exam centres early. In Gurugram, entry will begin at 11 am and gates will close at 1.30 pm. No candidate will be allowed entry after the gate closing time.
- Entry Begins: 11:00 AM
- Gate Closing Time: 1:30 PM (No entry after this)
- Exam Start Time: 2:00 PM
- Exam End Time: 5:00 PM
