- The NEET 2025 cutoff for UR/EWS category is 686-144.
- The NEET 2025 OBC Cutoff is 143-113.

If two or more candidates have obtained the same score, the NEET Tie Breaking Criteria is applied to get the All India Quota Rank. The NEET 2025 Tie-Breaking Criteria is listed below.

How is the NEET 2025 Percentile Scores Calculated?
Here is the process of calculating the NEET 2025 percentile from the scorecard. Check the following steps.
- NEET 2025 Percentile formula:
Percentile = (Number of candidates who scored less than you / Total number of candidates) × 100
Example: If 8,00,000 candidates appeared and 6,00,000 scored below you, Percentile = (6,00,000 / 8,00,000) × 100 = 75
- Based on raw score: The percentile is calculated using your actual score, not rank.
- Separate for categories: Percentiles are calculated category-wise (UR, OBC, SC, ST, etc.).
