NTA has released the category-wise merit list and the final NEET Cut-off percentile and marks on the official website. The same is listed below:

• The NEET 2025 cutoff for UR/EWS category is 686-144.
• The NEET 2025 OBC Cutoff is 143-113.
• The NEET SC Cut Off 2025 is 143-113, while the ST Cut Off of the exam is 143-113.
