Infrastructure
The infrastructure within the campus can be expanded in the long term, whereby utility systems are optimized, maintained, and coordinated. It has a central heating and cooling plant, underground electric, gas, water, sewer, storm drain, and communication infrastructure, renewable energy portfolio consisting of solar PV and wind turbines.
