NEET SS (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Super Speciality) is a national-level entrance examination for doctors who have passed their MD/MS/DNB. The NEET SS exam is scheduled on 26 December and 27 December 2025. The official date for the NEET SS 2025 results is 28 January 2026.

As per the tentative dates available, the NEET SS 2025 counselling process will begin in May 2026. Institute reporting after the seat allotment can be expected to begin in the same month after the NEET SS round 1 counselling concludes.

NEET SS Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold an MD, MS, or DNB degree from a recognised institute and complete it by April 30, 2025. They must be registered with the NMC or a State Medical Council. The NEET SS 2025 application process is entirely online via nbe.edu.in or natboard.edu.in. Candidates must register, fill the form, upload documents, and pay a non-refundable fee of ₹3,500 per group using net banking, debit, or credit card.

The following are the steps to apply for NEET SS 2025:

• Visit the official website: nbe.edu.in or natboard.edu.in.
• Click on "NEET SS Application Form" and register with your name, DOB, mobile, and email.
• Log in using the generated User ID and password.
• Fill in personal, academic, and qualification details.
• Select the preferred test city and NEET SS subject group.
• Upload scanned photo (≤80 KB, .jpg), signature (≤80 KB, .jpg), and thumb impression.
• Pay the application fee of ₹3,500 per group online.
• Review all details and submit. Print the confirmation page for future reference.
