All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the INI CET Result 2025 roll number-wise for the November session on 15 November 2025 on its official website aiimsexams.ac.in. Qualified candidates can join the classes from January 2025. A total of 872 MD, MS, MDS, DM, and MCh seats are allotted through this result.
