UP NEET UG Counselling 2025 Schedule (All Rounds)
To get the idea of the process and upcoming rounds, you will need to check the schedule:
Round 1
- You need to fill the choices and lock it.
- Results will be announced

Round 2

First Thing First: Eligibility for UP NEET Counselling 2025
Before you start dreaming about a Stethoscope and white coat, be practical. You can not just jump into UP NEET Counselling because you are feeling like it. There are some boxes that must be ticked, some rules to be followed.
Lets go over:
- You Must Have Qualified NEET UG 2025: It sounds obvious that you secure the minimum qualifying percentile in the NEET UG 2025 examination, just not attempt it. If you miss it, even the Mop Up Round will not save you.
- Domicile Rules: For 85% state quota seats, you must be domiciled in Uttar Pradesh. But here is a small loophole. If you have done your 10th and 12th from UP, you do not need to show proof, your school life is enough for that.
- Educational Qualification: You Must have passed Class 12 with subjects
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology/Biotechnology
- English
- Age Check: You Must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025. There is no upper age limit.

Who is Eligible for Uttar Pradesh Mop-Up Round 2025

You can participate if:
- You registered for UP NEET Counselling but did not get any seat in Round 1 and 2.
- You got a seat in previous Rounds but did not take admission and did not join.
- You did not participate in previous Rounds but want to now.
- You are a fresh applicant and ready to register during the mop up window.
You can not participate if:
- You took the admission in Round 1 or 2 and still have that seat.
- You have joined your firstly allotted college.
- You refused the seat in Round 1 and did not do anything after.

What If You Still Not Get The Seat In UP NEET Mop Up Round?
It is harsh but it is the truth and it happens. Even in the Mop Up Round candidates are more than the seats. So if luck still does not smile, you are okay because you have a Stray Vacancy Round.
- Try Stray Vacancy Round though it is only for Private Colleges.
- You can prepare again, take a drop. It is tough but worth it.
- Try abroad. It will be affordable and globally competent.
- Explore other courses like BAMS, BHMS, BPT.
