The SNAP 2025 (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) exam is expected to be held on December 8, 15, and 21, 2025, in online mode across multiple cities in India. The exam notification is expected to be released in the first week of August, 2025, and will go on till the last week of November, 2025. The SNAP admit card will be released in December 2025 for all three sessions separately. The colleges accepting SNAP scores include SIBM Pune, SCMHRD Pune, SIIB Pune, SIIMC, SICSR, SIOM, SIHS, and many others.
Every year, around 60,000 - 1,00,000 students appear for the exam to get admission in MBA/PGDM programs. In 2024, approximately 1.4 lakh students appeared for the exam, and the overall difficulty level of the exam was considered easy to moderate. The cutoff for SIBM Pune was around the 97-98 percentile, and for other institutes, 70-85 percentile.

What is the SNAP exam?
The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a national-level entrance exam that is conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed) University. It facilitates admission in MBA/PGDM programs across India, conducted once a year, with three attempts. The SNAP 2025 syllabus includes General English, Analytical and logical reasoning, Quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, and data sufficiency. The SNAP exam pattern includes 60 questions with a total of 60 marks, which have to be solved in 60 minutes. The mode of the exam is a Computer-based test, and 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer and +1 mark for each correct answer.

- Review your application carefully and click the “Submit” option to complete the registration and take a printout of the confirmation page and payment receipt.

SNAP 2025 Counselling

Group Exercise

- In this round, 7-8 candidates are placed in a group.
- Each group will be given a topic to discuss for 15-20 minutes and present the solution.
- The topic will be based on Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Personal Interaction
The Personal Interaction is a face-to-face interaction round to assess a candidate’s personality, academic background, and goals.
- The shortlisted candidates from the GE phase will be invited for the personal interaction round.
- The question range from ‘why MBA’ to future plans.
Writing Ability Test
The writing ability test is the final round in the counselling process to assess the candidate’s writing skills.
