How to calculate your SNAP 2025 score

Group Exercise

The Group Exercise is the first stage of the selection process after the SNAP exam results. This round assesses a candidate’s skills, team behaviour, and problem-solving skills.

• In this round, 7-8 candidates are placed in a group.
• Each group will be given a topic to discuss for 15-20 minutes and present the solution.
• The topic will be based on Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Personal Interaction

The Personal Interaction is a face-to-face interaction round to assess a candidate’s personality, academic background, and goals. 

• The shortlisted candidates from the GE phase will be invited for the personal interaction round.
• The question range from ‘why MBA’ to future plans.

Writing Ability Test

The writing ability test is the final round in the counselling process to assess the candidate’s writing skills.

• The candidate is given a topic and asked to write a short passage.
• They will be required to write on the topic for 5-10 minutes in 100-200 words.
