The whole town feels like a big campus, everything is walking distance and the nightlife is very centered around student clubs like JATE Club.

Salary in Hungary vs. Cost of Living

A "fresh graduate" salary in corporate job might be around 450,000 to 600,000 HUF Gross (this is before tax). But, a decent one-bedroom flat in Budapest (not crumbling down, not in middle of nowhere) is easily 200,000 - 250,000 HUF plus utilities.
