Who Conducts NEET UG Counselling 2026?

The counselling process is divided into two categories:

All India Quota (AIQ) Counselling

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts counselling for:

• 15% All India Quota seats
• AIIMS
• JIPMER
• Central Universities
• Deemed Universities
• ESIC Medical Colleges
• AFMC (as applicable)

State Quota Counselling 

The remaining 85% government medical seats and eligible private medical college seats are filled through the respective state counselling authorities according to their admission policies.
