MHT CET 2026 Counselling
Counselling Process MHT CET 2026 will be efficiently carried out by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell. The period of counselling will begin in June/July 2026 after the announcement of MHT CET 2026 results. It will enable eligible candidates to enrol in different engineering, pharmacy, and related courses in Maharashtra.

MHT CET 2026 Counselling Process
Here are the steps for the application of the MHT CET 2026 Counselling Process.
- Registration Applicants meeting the eligibility requirements will have to log in online on the official MHT CET counselling site via their vacation credentials.
- Document Verification- Applicants have to provide all the documents to be verified. Original documents could be asked during the time of confirmation of the seat.
- Filling and Locking Choice-Applicants will be allowed to apply to colleges of their choice and the courses they prefer. It is also nice to lock in decisions before they expire so as not to lose out on good seats.
- Seat Allotment-The students will be assigned seats according to the scores of MHT CET, categories, and availability. The allotment will be published online once in each round
- Reporting and Admission Verification-The allocated candidates are supposed to report to the institute allocated and accept the admission formalities, including paying the fees.
- Subsequent Rounds-The students who fail to secure a seat in the first round of the counselling can take part in the second and third rounds of the counselling. Details of the process of option-filling, allotment, and reporting are the same in all rounds.
