NEET PG Question Papers PDF (2025 - 2021)

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has scheduled to conduct the NEET PG Exam 2026 in July or August 2026. Starting NEET PG 2026 preparation is deemed to be best done by mid-2025. Solving past question papers to see the exam pattern, the weightage of syllabus to be used, and the difficulty level is a very crucial aspect of NEET PG preparation. The NEET PG question papers are not published by NBEMS. However, the major medical education platforms and coaching institutes publish memory-based question papers and answer keys.

NEET PG Exam 2025 has already been taken on 3rd August, 2025. Different coaching centres and online resources have published memory-based NEET PG 2025 question papers to be practised.

NEET PG Exam 2026 shall be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The test comprises 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and is marked out of 800 marks. The paper includes Pre-Clinical, Para-Clinical and Clinical topics in the MBBS course.

2025

The NEET PG 2025 contained highly clinical, integrative, and conceptual questions in nature, with a lesser emphasis on one-liner rote learning and was rated as fairly challenging.

2024

The NEET PG 2024 question paper review shows that the difficulty level is moderate to difficult, which relies very much on clinical scenarios and image-based questions, lengthy questions that require conceptual understanding and logical thinking and not mere memorising.

2023

According to the NEET PG 2023 trend analysis, the questionnaire trend is towards more complex questions that are written in the form of clinical cases, and the percentage of such questions is high (approximately 60) and the paper seems harder than the previous year, whereas the questions are in simpler concepts.

2022

The NEET PG 2022 question paper was of moderate to hard level, and it was full of clinical scenarios even in pre-clinical subjects.

2021

The NEET PG 2021 paper was rated as of medium difficulty, and it contained more clinical and image-based questions (approximately 60-70%), as opposed to purely conceptual or theoretical ones.
