• Round 2 provisional results were released between 26 December and 28 December 2025.
• Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, the competent authority for state medical counselling, issues separate notices for:

Andhra Pradesh has released the AP provisional merit list for NEET PG 2025 state quota counselling. 

Assam NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

• Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Guwahati, halted the process on 9 January 2026.
• A total of 482 MD/MS/PG Diploma seats were earmarked under Round 3 and included government medical colleges and Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute.

Assam’s Round 3 counselling has been paused as the DME Assam delays NEET PG Round 3 counselling pending MCC’s revised cutoff norms.

Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

BCECEB announced the notice for Bihar NEET PG round 3 counselling on 1 January 2026, and the registration began on 2 January 2026.

Chandigarh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

• Chandigarh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling has been put on hold.
• In the original round 3 schedule, the dates of seat surrender were 2-4 January 2026.
• The seat matrix was scheduled to be displayed on 5 January 2026.

Chhanttisgarh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

• Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling remains pending with no further information published.
• CD NEET PG seat allotment result is released on 7 January 2026.
• Round 2 institute reporting last date is 13 January 2026.

Gujarat NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

• Gujarat NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling registration and PIN purchase ends on 4 January 2026.
• Document verification conducted on 5 January 2026.
• Candidates were required to pay a total fee of ₹28,000:

1. ₹3,000 – Non-refundable PIN fee
2. ₹25,000 – Refundable security deposit

In Gujarat, the NMC has approved 247 additional PG medical seats, providing candidates with new chances in state quota counselling.

Himachal Pradesh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

• Himachal Pradesh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 registration and choice filling have been extended to 1 January 2026.
• No specific closing dates are mentioned.

Karnataka NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

• Karnataka NEET PG round 3 counselling notice has not been published yet, following the directive of MCC.
• Karnataka NEET PG Round 2 admission dates are extended to 31 December 2025, with the deadline of the same date.

Kerala NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

• Kerala NEET PG Round 3 counselling started on 5 January 2026. 
• The seat allotment result was initially scheduled on 12 January 2026.
• But as the MCC has ordered, the authority has not notified of the further process yet.
• On 9 January 2026, 32 NEET PG seats have been approved in Kerala.
• In earlier rounds, the authority reported 860 Post-Graduate Medical Seats Vacant in Kerala.

Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

• TN NEET PG Counselling has been on hold.
• In earlier notifications of TN, 921 candidates were declared ineligible for NEET PG 2025 counselling, while 10,901 candidates remain eligible for MD admissions. 

Uttar Pradesh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling

• Uttar Pradesh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling has been officially postponed until further orders.
• DGME issued a formal notice halting the UP NEET PG Round 3 counselling process.
