Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 Ineligible Candidates List OutThe ineligibility spans across government, management, and minority quotas.
A total of 921 candidates have been marked ineligible for Tamil Nadu NEET PG Counselling 2025. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), TN has opened the grievance portal for these candidates to submit the documents and correct eligibility issues. The last date to submit documents is 23 October 2025.
Who Is Ineligible?
The authorities also informed that no claims will be entertained after the deadline:
- 332 candidates: Government quota
- 265 candidates: NRI quota
- 221 candidates: Management quota
- 35 candidates: Christian minority quota
- 59 candidates: Telugu minority quota
- 9 candidates: Malayalam minority quota
PwD Verification is also Underway
The State Selection Committee has started verification for NEET PG 2025 applicants under the PwD category. A portal is available till 23 October 2025 for PwD candidates as well.
Why does this matter?
Students can lose their seats if they miss this document correction window. And if they miss this window, their chances of getting PG medical admission in 2025 are nil.

About MCC NEET PG Counselling 2025 (AIQ)
MCC NEET PG counselling updates:
- Round 1 choice filling was open from 17 Oct 5 Nov 2025.
- Round 1 allotment has been postponed.
- Reason: NMC revised the seat matrix after NBE withdrew 169 DNB PG seats.
- The revised counselling seat count is approximately 28,663 seats.
- A fresh Round 1 schedule will be declared soon.
Round 2 is likely in the third week of November 2025.
